whom to vote GE13

'WHAT to Know!!'       'Whom to VOTE!!'

Citizens should be more mature in voting for  GE 13

Kuala Lumpur- The history of elections in our country shows that the National Coalition party has been holding the federal government ever since the independence. On the other hand, Opposition parties had always fought for the rights of the minorities and those issues which are not been paid proper attention as the nation could prosper in development of its people and nation. After the election in 2008, the Malaysian politic had faced capricious situation. This 13th general election is also certainly going to be more interesting as voters are hazy and having various perceptions upon both parties.
However, choosing the right candidate to bring our problems to the parliament should be based on the spokes person's speaking skills. Many MPs and ADUN candidates are being very powerful in executing their missions rather than speaking up in parliaments. Thus, as voters we should be more absolute on the ability of the person or candidates that we are voting for. This speaking skill is also definitely has its effects upon the mass public because the more he/she speaks for the citizens of his/her responsibility, their bills are most likely going to be noticed.
Like wise, the federal government holders must give importance to the Opposition party candidates whom had win the elections. The bills which hold by the opposition MPs should be looked into carefully if they were to benefit the citizens. But in Most of the time, the situation portrays whatever bills proceeded by the opposition members in parliament are not being entertained at all. They are not getting the Fair amount of votes to proceed the bill presented. The oppositionist are apparently considered to be enemies whom are trying to provoke people against the government.  For instance, United States has Republican party and Democratic party but their concern is the gain by citizens. No matter which party proposes the bill but the decision are made so that the people can benefit. In Malaysia, Lee Lam Thye certainly would be the best example. During his days in PKR which is an opposition party, most of his ideas were not acknowledged. But once he show some interest towards the ruling party, now he is being the chair person for PLKN programme with a title of 'Tan Sri'.
This situation also fails the voters whom votes with full of expectations. Looking at GE13 manifesto by Alternative Coalition party has attracted the mass public severely. Free education and reducing of car prices are some of it. Alternative Coalition party has offered whatever the ruling party has said impossible, as their tactics to win this election. Analyzing  previous general election in year 2008, oppositions won the state government but not the federal government. Without considering the citizens well being, the federal government restricted  the opposition party in implementing their ideas into school and on to the departments that is effective directly under the power of federal government. This left the oppositions to not to full fill their promises toward people of the particular state. Overall, the voters should understand until the political policies change, we should be smart in voting for the parties which can benefit us highly and effectively.
Moreover, voters must also be aware that during election candidates from National Coalition party or Alternative Coalition party campaigns in the respective areas without any diversity. Whereas once they had won the election, the parties are being divide by races. The National Coalition Party is united by three main race based parties such as UMNO, MCA and MIC. So does the Alternative Coalition party where they unite parties such as DAP,PKR and PAS which also posses large number of certain race in each party on its own. This leaves harsh impact on people who voted because the candidates never being reachable for the mass people. Citizens are forced to meet the respective race based politicians to gain any privileges such as scholarship, fund aids and etc. The most effected , are the minorities as they have very less candidates in either Coalition parties. This is also one of the aspect that the voters should always consider before voting to gain maximum betterment.
Current political policies and politicians are less likely paying attention to people's well being and  it is now concentrated in to sustaining political career. Where any political party no matter they win or lose the election, they start the ground work for next election. Those won, trying to sustain and those whom lose, building people's trust for next election. This year SPR is expecting 2.3 million first time voters to make right decision for the best of our country. Being analytical voters rather than emotional voters  much required for the benefits of citizens. As our PM says "Rakyat didahulukan, pencapaian diutamakan".
